(“Tidy Feet”) offers you access to our services.
Agreement
Tidy Feet welcomes you to this website (“the Site”). You must read,
agree with and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this

matter hereof provided that all pricing will be governed by Tidy
Feet’s Pricing Information whether printed on paper or

representations or warranties shall be deemed to be implied in this
Contract or to arise by way of collateral or other agreement.
Tidy Feet expressly disclaims all warranties and/or conditions,
express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties and/or conditions of merchantability or satisfactory
quality and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of
third party rights. Tidy Feet does not make any representation or
give any warranty in relation to any goods or services displayed on
this Site except for those expressly contained in this agreement.
Tidy Feet gives no warranty that this Site is free of computer
viruses or other defects. Tidy Feet further does not warrant the
accuracy or content of links from this Site to any other internet
sites. Tidy Feet does not endorse or warrant any third party
products or services by virtue of any information, material or

Acceptance

Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the
parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts
of that State.
The terms and conditions of this Agreement will prevail over any
contrary or inconsistent terms in any purchase order. This Agreement
may only be modified, or any rights under it waived, by written
document executed by both parties.
Tidy Feet is committed to providing quality information to it’s
customers. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy,
currency and reliability of the information in this Site, Tidy Feet
accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or amendments made
since the time of publishing. Confirmation of information may be
sought from Tidy Feet.
Any goods received from any customer for any purpose, including
repair or alteration, shall only be required to be kept or retained
by Tidy Feet for a period of sixty (60) days after the goods are
delivered to Tidy Feet. Thereafter you as customer authorise and
direct Tidy Feet to be at liberty to dispose of those goods or to
deal with them in any manner that Tidy Feet sees fit. You, as
customer, release and discharge Tidy Feet from any liability or
claim in respect of goods disposed of after the sixty (60) day
period.
Refunds on purchases/services are not given except in the case of
defective goods or workmanship provided that notice must be given
within seven (7) days of supply.

Creative Awards Pty Ltd (“Tidy Feet”) recognises that your privacy
is very important to you and that you have right to control your

in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). We are committed to
